Financial Analyst

Pathao is hiring a Financial Analyst for our Corporate Finance & Strategy team. This is a high-learning, high-exposure role where you will work closely with real business decisions, understanding how the company grows and what truly drives performance across different business lines. If you want a role where you don’t just report numbers but understand, challenge, and influence them this is the role. We are looking for someone who will:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Data, Product, Operations, Accounts) to understand and solve core business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to generate insights on performance, trends, and key business drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
• Own key performance metrics and dashboards used for business tracking and leadership reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives through business case development, feasibility analysis, and decision support.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, global investors, and international business stakeholders.

The incumbent should bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Business, or similar analytical fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Strategy, Transaction Advisory, or Business Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Interest in automation, data workflows, and using modern tools (including AI) to improve finance and decision-making processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear and structured manner.
